I want to thank you for having someone come out so quickly on Tuesday when the plumber found one of the granite top holes had been drilled slightly smaller than required. That he got here while the plumber was still on site made things go smoothly and without further delay.

In fact the whole install process went perfectly. The measurements were perfect and the cuts took advantage of the best parts of the slab. The granite tops look absolutely fabulous. I know you spent quite a lot of time with us as we changed and finalized the drawings and it all paid off. If you want a recommendation and/or pictures you’ve got it! I can’t imagine many countertops that look quite this good.

Dear Mr. Walstad,

Several years ago, your company had customized and installed a beautiful Cambria Countertop in our kitchen. I suppose due to settling of our home, one of the seams began to slightly separate allowing water to seep into the drawer below the countertop. Another seam was also beginning to slightly raise.

I was preparing to caulk the seams but decided to call Tops In Stone for advice. I talked either to you or your production manager and without hesitation, your installers, Skyler and Randy, were scheduled the next day to fix the seams.

Skyler and Randy arrived at our home and did an extremely thorough and professional job. Both individuals were most courteous, proud to be working for your company, and perfectionists. I know with employees like Skyler and Randy why your company is called Tops In Stone.
